We work closely with local government, the Oak Park Housing Center and the Oak Park Housing Authority to offer high quality and reliable service. M&M is also a member of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) & CAI (Community Associations Institute), an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Brokerage and a Certified Manager of Community Associations.

Community Association Management

M&M Property Management has been serving condo associations since 2003 providing expert oversight from the routine activity of paying association bills and overseeing janitorial service to submitting recommended budgets and assisting with the management of capital projects. We fully understand that our primary responsibility is to serve as an educational resource and to implement the decisions of the association board.

We skillfully facilitate communication from the board to association members, manage and oversee assessments, make recommendations for upgrades and remodeling and provide oversight of routine and city inspections.

Our web-based operating system allows us to electronically streamline communication across your association along with provide an online payment solution that gives your community instant access to homeowner balances and other notifications. We also provide detailed monthly and year end summary reports for the condo board and accountants.
