M&M Property Management is a full service property management firm formed in 1986. "Raising the standard" has continued to be part of the foundation of our business.

Our primary focus is the management of multi-unit apartment rental properties and condo communities.  M&M presently manages over 800 units in the communities of Oak Park, Forest Park, Riverside, and the University of Illinois-Chicago/Taylor Street district of Chicago. These include six flats to properties of over one-hundred fifty units.

M&M continues to work closely with local government, the Oak Park Housing Center, and the Oak Park Housing Authority. M&M is a member of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) CAI (Community Associations Institute), is an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Brokerage and a Certified Manager of Community Associations.
