M&M Property Management is a full service property management firm formed in 1986 by Mal & Marilyn Davis. "Raising the standard" has continued to be part of the foundation of our business.

Our primary focus is the management of multi-unit rental properties and condo communities.  Presently we manage over 600 units in the greater Oak Park area. These include six flats to properties of over one-hundred fifty units.

Over 99% of the units we manage are third party owned in which M&M has no ownership affiliation.

All building information is compiled using "Yardi Property Management Software." Detailed monthly reports and year end summary are generated for owners and accountants.

We are involved in all phases of building operation and are especially active in the oversight of remodeling and project upgrades.

M&M continues to work closely with local government, the Oak Park Housing Center, and the Oak Park Housing Authority. M&M is a member of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) CAI (Community Associations Institute), is an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Brokerage and a Certified Manager of Community Associations.
